Talking to Local 18, café owner Prajwal Notiyal says that the startup café started its café with paper thin momos, the response of which was very good among the customers. Which will be available to customers only at their cafes across Uttarakhand including Dehradun.
How to prepare rose momo
Chef Dinesh Bindaula of Startup Cafe says that he has good experience in making fusion dishes. He started it in Valentine’s week. Rose momo is similar to mango momo but its making process is different. While adding flour, food color is used and filling is done by joining three momo petals together and then rolling them.
